Family Mentality
Family. That's the word we focus on at BREDA Pest Management. As a team, we are around each other more than our families, so we want our employees home in the evenings and on weekends for important family time. We encourage our employees to be active with the families and support athletics and have found that when our employees are happy at home, they're happy at work. Giving our team the opportunity to be with their families is unusual for our industry that is known for long days and working well beyond 5:00 p.m. and always on Saturdays.
